I grew up building houses, since I was old enough to swing a hammer along side my father that is. He was a master craftsman and I wanted to be just like him. However, about the time I actually started to develop my carpentry skills I realized my niche was probably going to be in a less physically demanding part of the home building business.
My creativity, joy and problem solving skills started to develop from this early experience. I’ve seen the pure joy on the faces of happy home buyers and sellers for decades. That’s what fuels my passion to deliver an experience that will never be forgotten.
My purpose is to have friends and clients so outrageously happy with the kind of help I provide that they gladly introduce me to the people they care about because they really want their friends to get the same great care and advise they did.
Three things that I do exceptionally well are consult, negotiate and oversee all the transactional details. In today’s technology based Real Estate world the problem is not finding homes for clients. There is no shortage of homes and information on the internet. The greater value is in the interpretation of the plethora information and having the finely tuned experience to secure the right home at the right price at the right time.
I’ve been told by my clients that some of the favorite things they liked were my overall market knowledge, grasp of building procedures and familiarity with things that fall well outside of the scope of a typical Real Estate Agent.
My gift is in my passion to learn, my willingness to fully integrate that learning, then combine it with my ability to lead with a servant’s heart to help you get from where you are to where you want to be…meaningfully.
